Superfans Road Trip to Paola, KS for Charity Walk
On Saturday, September 18th, the Superfans road tripped to Paola, Kansas, for the 3rd annual Heads up/OnYour Mark Brain Injury charity walk. This great charity raises money for survivors of brain injuries and encourages them to fight to get back what they lost from accident. Making the trip were Superfan Artist Daryl Woods, Face Painter Kristi Darby, X-Factor, lil Y-Factor Jenna, and Superfan Football Artist Ron Smith. This event is truly remarkable and grows more and more each year. The day was full of runs and walks,tons of activities for the kids and the KCSUPERFANS. Kristi and Daryl were a huge hit with all the kids drawing and painting for everyone young and old. X-Factor spent his time signing autographed Superfan posters for the kids and taking pictures. Ron Smith donated many silent auction Chiefs memorabilia items for the fundraiser. This is truly becoming one of our favorite events of the year and have made some lifelong friends!!
